What is Toyyo and whom it’s meant for?

Toyyo is a toy rental library and has toys exclusively for childrens of various age groups.

How do you clean and sanitize toys?

Toyyo understands that taking care of your childs health and hygiene is of utmost importance to you and the same is true for us. The toys are steam cleaned using an organic disinfectant and water. Then dried using a dryer and shrink wrapped, so that the toys remain dust and germ free until opened.

Delivery/ Pickup Charges?

There are no delivery/Pickup charges. Once you place an order online, Toyyo will confirm your order and the toys will be delivered/picked up at your doorstep free of charge.

How fast will I receive my toys?

After every successful checkout we will be calling you to find out your availability accordingly a schedule will be fixed and toys will be delivered.

Can I pick up?

You can call Toyyo and inform about pickup date/time. However we do encourage our privileged members to take advantage of our free home/pickup delivery option.

I want to return/exchange the toys I hold?

Login in to your profile and order/exchange new toys. You will be asked to exchange the toys you want to return before order

What is refundable deposit?

Refundable deposit is security money which is refundable at the time of discontinuation from Toyyo membership. The refundable deposit varies depending on the plan.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Toyyo is currently accepting payments by cash cheque or NEFT when we deliver the toys. We are also planning to integrate on-line payment options over the next few months

What if a toy breaks or parts of a toy?

Toyyo keeps only branded & durable toys that are difficult to damage. However in case of a toy is broken or any part is lost then Toyyo will try to replace the broken/lost parts and charge the replacement parts only. If we are not able to replace the parts, the cost of the toy (depending on toy's' condition) would be collected from member.

What if I lose a Toy?

Member should replace the same toy to Toyyo or should pay Toyyo the depreciated amount of the specific toy.

Can I buy the toys that I have rented?

Being a privileged Toyyo member, you have an option to buy the same toys or we can also help you purchase new piece of the same toy and you can also avail huge discounts on certain plans. Call Toyyo for more details.

Can I try these plans this before subscribing?

Toyyo offers you a Trial Package (Sastha Plan), in case you would like to get the feel of the toys, services & benefits, before you sign up for lengthier plans. The period of trial pack could be maximum of 30 days.

What all cities is Toyyo based out from?

Toyyo is currently based out of Bangalore and is shortly planning to launch its offerings from other cities of in India. Please write to us if you are interested in partnering with Toyyo in your city and we will be more than happy to discuss with franchisee options.
